Management Trust

Management Trust

  • Through this type of trust, the trustor transfers assets of his property to an autonomous estate (trust) in order for the trustee to manage them for the benefit of the trustor himself or third parties (beneficiaries) in accordance with the instructions received by the trustor. We can also define it as those in which assets of any nature, present or future, are delivered as fiduciary property to be managed.
  • As examples of this type of trust, we can indicate that this trust is commonly established for the administration of assets, goods or rights (cash flows, credits, mortgage portfolio, leasing, accounts receivable rights, real estate) among others, or as a vehicle for a special purpose.
